At KMS Marketplace, a concern of KMS Tech, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and efficiently. Please review our delivery terms below to understand our shipping practices.

1. Delivery Area

Currently, we exclusively offer delivery services within Dhaka City, Bangladesh. We do not ship outside of Dhaka or internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer three distinct delivery tiers to suit your needs:

  • Option 1: Express Delivery (Same Day)

    • Cost: 200 BDT (Flat Rate)

    • Speed: Delivered within 2–5 hours of order confirmation.

    • Condition: Available for orders placed within our operational hours. Please note: Orders placed late in the evening may be prioritised for the following morning.

  • Option 2: Free Shipping

    • Cost: FREE

    • Condition: Applicable on all orders totalling 500.00 BDT and above.

    • Speed: Standard delivery times apply (typically 3 - 5 days).

  • Option 3: Regular Delivery

    • Cost: 80.00 BDT

    • Condition: Applicable on orders below 500.00 BDT.

    • Speed: Standard delivery times apply (typically 3 – 5 days).

3. Order Processing Time

  • Express Orders: Processed immediately upon confirmation to meet the 2–5 hour delivery window.

  • Regular/Free Shipping Orders: Processed within 3-5 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed the next business day.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment. You need to pay after you get the product.

  • For Express Delivery, we request that you remain available at the provided contact number to ensure a smooth handover within the 2-5 hour window.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is out for delivery, our delivery personnel or logistics partner will contact you via the phone number provided at the of checkout.

Return Policy

It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your return.

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

  4. While you return the item at our hub, please collect our Return Acknowledgement Form from the Hub and fill it in by yourself. Keep one copy to yourself and we will keep another copy of it for the record

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before completing a purchase, as payment confirms acceptance of this policy

Exchange Policy

We do not accept product exchanges. Each order is processed and fulfilled as placed, and items cannot be substituted or replaced once confirmed. Please ensure accuracy when selecting products prior to checkout.
